Since Mr. Hwang experienced the car acciddent, he got to have his subjective view or sentiment that City of Memphis is not operated as a local government, but, rather, is run as, like, “a governmental corporation”.
A local government vs. a governmental corporaton.
The difference between the two vocabularies are fundamental.

One of the fundamental problems in terms of the car accident industry around Memphis, TN, AR, and MS is that there are some kinds of white-collar criminals who try to disturb market system.
Insurance agents deceive customers. Doctors manipulate medical records. Lawyers tell lies to and mislead their clients. Medical providers minimize the medical treatment which patients are entitled to. Corrupt local police manipulate police reports. Corrupt judges wait for such cases if angry victims end up filing their lawsuits. It is suspected that white-collar criminals have been under protection of local politicians who are corrupt.
They are disruptive of the entire market.
Local community is unconcerned or incompetent about these problems.
The white-collar criminals have been doing disturbance of social tranquillity and good order.
They are horrible psychopaths and sociopaths.

Ms. Northcutt was a funny woman.
She was a funny wife.
She was a funny spouse.
She decided and wanted to DUMP her spouse out of her life when she thought he was seriously injured by a car accident.
Especially her spouse had serious brain injury.
She misunderstood, HOWEVER, that her spouse had “PARANOIA” and “DELUSION”.
“Paranoia” and “delusion” were actually and artificially invented to conceal, hide, or cover up some white-collar crime by horrible, cruel, and cunning white-collar criminals.
Her spouse didn’t have “paranoia” and “delusion”. There were just some kind of horrible white-collar crime previously.
It appeared that she didn’t know that.
It seemed that she didn’t know that even though her spouse tried to explain. She just didn’t listen or didn’t want to listen.
She and her attorney filed a complaint for divorce.
And their litigation documents ended up having forged and fabricated signature of Mr. Hwang.
The name of the attorney was S. Butler Bernard, Jr. in West Memphis, AR.
He is a HEINOUS person.
Mr. Hwang had met him.
She was both a funny woman and spouse.
She was a funny Homo sapiens.

He has legal cases and is going to have more.
What does he want through or about his cases?
He will donate all of the compensation money which members of the jury will reach a verdict for.
He is going to make a non-profit foundation and donate all of the money to that organization.
The indemnity fund will be used for helping the victims of car accidents, and it, also, will be be distributed for academic research and artistic activities.
Then, what does he want through/about his legal cases instead of receiving the compensation money?
What he want is justice.
He would like to send more than 10 people to prisons.
If he cannot send them to prisions through/about his cases, he would like to send them through/about other cases.
Not only State prisions but also “Federal Hotels” may welcome them.
They can take good rest there for a long time.

What he wants or hopes is that you can understand that it can happen in your life someday in the future.

Therefore, those horrible things are not just his personal issues which he has suffered from, but can be your extreme hardship, sorrowful tragedy, unparalleled wrath, unutterable sadness, enormous anguish, unbearable misery, dreadful ordeal, immense unhappiness, severe adversity, irreversible misfortune, and/or the destruction of the foundation of your life.

Who are the target audiences for this Editor’s series?
There are two groups about that. They are the local community members around Memphis and the federal government of the United States.
1. The local community members around Memphis
Especially anyone who drives his/her car on the street around Memphis.
Eventually the Editor would like to expand or extend his social, political, and legal messages all around the U.S.A., but he has limited resources to do that as of right now, which is making him focus on the local community here around Memphis.
2. The federal government of the United States
Especially the United States Department of Justice, the FBI(Federal Bureau of Investigation) and the FBI Memphis Field Office.
The local governments and the local police are not only incompetent, incapable, or ineffective against the white-collar crimes around Memphis, but also they(or at least some of them) are suspected of being ACCOMPLICE with the white-collar criminals here in the local community.
Without the intervention of the federal government, the issues of the white-collar crimes in the community cannot be resolved or at least reduced.
Tennessee State government or/and TBI(Tennessee Bureau of Investigation) can try to intervene in this community, but it has limited jurisdiction on the issues because Memphis is located not only in Tennessee, but also near to Arkansas and Mississippi.
There exist multistate situations. Therefore, FBI can be more suitable or fitter for these issues than TBI.
To sum up, the Editor would like to attract social attention from the local community and legal attention from the federal government especially from the law enforcement agencies.
