Who are the target audiences for this Editor’s series?
There are two groups about that. They are the local community members around Memphis and the federal government of the United States.
1. The local community members around Memphis
Especially anyone who drives his/her car on the street around Memphis.
Eventually the Editor would like to expand or extend his social, political, and legal messages all around the U.S.A., but he has limited resources to do that as of right now, which is making him focus on the local community here around Memphis.
2. The federal government of the United States
Especially the United States Department of Justice, the FBI(Federal Bureau of Investigation) and the FBI Memphis Field Office.
The local governments and the local police are not only incompetent, incapable, or ineffective against the white-collar crimes around Memphis, but also they(or at least some of them) are suspected of being ACCOMPLICE with the white-collar criminals here in the local community.
Without the intervention of the federal government, the issues of the white-collar crimes in the community cannot be resolved or at least reduced.
Tennessee State government or/and TBI(Tennessee Bureau of Investigation) can try to intervene in this community, but it has limited jurisdiction on the issues because Memphis is located not only in Tennessee, but also near to Arkansas and Mississippi.
There exist multistate situations. Therefore, FBI can be more suitable or fitter for these issues than TBI.
To sum up, the Editor would like to attract social attention from the local community and legal attention from the federal government especially from the law enforcement agencies.
